Returns and Refunds

WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

All items on our website include warranty details in the item description.

All goods are covered by transit insurance and will be replaced ASAP in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or lost in transit. If the replacement product is sold out we will contact you and inform you on waiting time for backorders and out of stock notices will also be placed on the web site. In the event the product is no longer available you will promptly receive a full refund.

 

MANUFACTURER & LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR WARRANTIES

Under the product specific warranty provisions, the local distributor/manufacturer will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged by an identical product or another product with at least the same specifications, a full refund will be provided to you by Pool and Outdoor. When returning goods, please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging. The cost of shipping and insurance on returned goods which have been found to be faulty or damaged will be borne by Pool and Outdoor.

 
PROCEDURE FOR FILING A MANUFACTURER & LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR WARRANTY CLAIM

All manufacturers warranties are different so please refer to the warranty sheet or card which accompanied the product. If this is not available or is unclear, please contact pool and outdoor on info@poolandoutdoor.com.au  for guidance. In most cases pool and outdoor will arrange for the goods to be picked up by the original carrier. In some cases the warranty for a product will be found on our web site so you can simply refer to that.

Claims for Faulty or Damaged goods should be advised to Pool and Outdoor via info@poolandoutdoor.com.au  within 48 hours of receipt. Claims lodged after this time may not be recognised.

When advising us of a potential warranty claim, please quote your order number (listed on your invoice), any serial numbers on the product, date of purchase, and a description of the problem you are having with the product. Please supply a phone number in case we need to call. We will promptly retrieve the order paperwork and advise you if there is anything you need to do next to begin the warranty claim.

Once the goods have been returned, we will advise if they are to be repaired or replaced as the case may be and the expected time frame before you will receive your item in full working order.
